Daniel M. Landis has been practicing law in Florida for the past 22 years. In 1992 he opened his law practice with Roy Tedesco and founded the law firm of Tedesco & Landis, P.A. Then in 2002 he and Martin Mallinger, founded Landis & Mallinger, P.L. where he continues to practice today.

A graduate of the University of Florida’s College of Journalism and Communications in 1984, Daniel obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law and graduated Cum Laude in 1988. Daniel has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1989 and is also admitted to the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida, The United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Daniel is a member and authorized agent of Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and Chicago Title Insurance Company, two of Florida’s largest title underwriters.

He is also a Managing Member and Chief Operating Officer of Boca Executive Title, LLC. Daniel resides in Boca Raton with his wife Valerie and his two sons Tyler and Ryan.
